Smile Back For A Second Dose - Get Off My 'Bum

Second time around guy here. Went on Atkins in 1999 and lost 80 pounds but I remember being much more active then (and younger). Ten years later, I have gained back that 80 plus an additional 30 and am at my limit. Today is prep day - have already placed a grocery store order using a "shop at home feature" (which does save me from passing by the breads, cakes and pastries they so strategically place at the front door) of all the induction foods I'll need for the next week. Tonight will be a "purge" night - empty the frig and pantry of the bad stuff, fill it with the good stuff and tomorrow off I go on day 1. Wish me luck.

Don’t compare what you lost or how you did “the last time” your body and lifestyle isn’t the same as last time – follow the plan the way it is written, exercise, drink plenty of pure water (64 ounces minimum daily – nothing added) and you’ll be on your way to loosing before you know it.
