| This is so neat. Thanks for all of the kind and inspiring words. Day one is almost over -- I faired well. My issue is going to be when I get ready for bed. Thats when I crave all of the sweet stuff (I am speaking of food). Again -- Thanks for the warm welcoming. |

| I know this may be counter-intuitive, but drink lots of water just before you think you'll get the munchies...it can help. You may make several trips to the bathroom in the night...but you'll still be on plan! Once you start to lose, it will be easier to stay on plan...you'll become addicted to the results instead of munchies

| I'm re-reading everyone's responses. I fell off the wagon and gained all of my weight back. I am greatful I didn't gain more than where I started. This is too simple for me to fail. I've got to make discipline my friend. Turning over a new leaf RIGHT NOW!
