| Welcome to the board, Molokai Kid! And congrats on your amazing loss!!! What phase of Atkins are you doing now? If you need more variety, you could move up to a higher rung than you're on now. Since you have only 30 lbs. to lose now, it would be best to start adding other foods back into your diet slowly to see how they affect you. |

| Folks...thanks for the encouragement. I am going to make it to my goal - losing another 30 lbs, but some of the food is getting repetitious. The links you provided have increased my menu choices many fold. Thanks. Going to be 158 lbs by Christmas or that is the goal...plus I am and will feel much better. |
