| Welcome to the boards. Have you read DANDR? The best advise I can give you is read the book - and follow the plan as written. You have very little to lose, so make sure you move on to OWL as soon as you have finished induction. Best Wishes,

| Hi and welcome ash - There is no reason you can't have fried food - just leave the breading off when you cook. Some people use pork rinds crushed as breading for different foods - just watch the sodium in them! Congratulations on your weight loss so far. Make sure you are eating the proper foods, exercising, drinking a minimum of 64 oz PURE water (nothing added) daily and take a good multi-vitamin.
