| Did you forget to eat your veggies? There is also fish and eggs out there. Chicken and turkey taste good too. Try some recipes. Have some taco salad today Welcome I think I am on day 900 and something. I love my meat but I do not eat it constantly.

| iT GETS BETTER. rEMEBER YOUR VEGGIES TOO. SOME THINGS THAT HELPED ME IN INDUCTION SO I DIDN'T FEEL LIKE SUCH A CARNAVORE WERE EGG SALAD, TUNA SALAD, (ADD CELERY) AND THE OCCASIONAL PORK RIND WITH SOUR CREAM. SODIUM INTAKE CAN BE A PROBLEM WITH THOSE THOUGH SO NOT TOO MANY. YOU CAN ALSO LOOK UP SOME GREAT INDUCTION FRIENDLY RECIPES ON LINDA'S LO CARB SITE. IF YOU WANT A REFRESHING SNACK TRY A LITTLE BIT OF CELERY OR CUCUMBER. WHEN YOU SEE THE SCALE AFTER A FEW DAYS IT WILL MOTIVATE YOU BUT IT DOES GET BETTER SOON.
