| I would strongly suggest using a food tracker like FitDay to keep count of your net carbs. Print out that Induction food list and use it to plan your menus. You can have 3 cups of the salad veggies OR (and this sounds like the option you may like) 2 cups of the salad veggies + 1 cup of the other veggies. Tomatoes are in the Other veggies so you could have more than a slice. p.s. Salad veggies are more than just lettuce. Yay for that!
