Angry Ah poo, I'm back again =(

Hiyas everyone, im back for the second time. I'm 26 yrs old 5'3, married with 3 kids ages 1, 4, and 7. I started Atkins in January and in 2 months I had lost 40lbs. Since then I have gained back 25lbs and I am ready to lose lose lose again and these boards really helped me stay on it last time so Im back cause I feel horrible having these extra pounds on. I weigh 158 and am goaling for 130....again!

Welcome back Nell –

You know it works, so follow the plan the way it is written – hopefully you have a copy of Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution (DANDR). Start exercising right away, drink plenty of pure water (64 ounces minimum daily – nothing added) and you’ll be on your way to loosing before you know it – don’t forget to get all your vegetables in daily!.

Make a copy of the acceptable food list (What foods can be eaten on Induction?)http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.com/forums/atkins-low-carb-dieting-faqs/6781-what-foods-can-eaten-induction.html - take it with you when you go to the store. If a food isn’t listed on the acceptable food list don’t eat it. Learn to read the label on all foods you buy - don’t just look at the “carb” number look at the ingredients list of everything and check the ingredients against your list. Just because it says "low carb" doesn't mean you can eat it. Also check for hidden sugars (learn the names used in place of the word “sugar”).

Check the STAC Second Time Around Club - Atkins Diet for additional support. Check the stickies at the top of the induction forum to refresh your memory on the plan.
