It's worth it to think about that because while there's a good range of food you can eat on Induction, this diet is strict - much stricter than a lot of people expect going in. But you just have to look at the stats and see some of the success stories from people here to know it works. And, as a bonus, men tend to lose a whole lot faster than women!

| Welcome to the Atkins Board. I'm not a Tweeter either -- Bri is correct, find something that you really want and make it your goal to get. You'll have to find a way to motivate yourself -- look at the thread with beginning pictures, or read the success stories - that's what a lot of people do for motivation. Make sure you drink a minimum of 64 ounces of pure water (nothing added), exercise starting today and taking a multi-vitamin. If you haven't already, read the 2002 Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution (DANDR). Eat the foods on the acceptable food list and find delicious recipes here: just make sure you use Induction Recipes to begin with. http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/menus.html (Linda’s) (Never ending induction recipes)(Never ending induction recipes)(Never ending induction recipes)(Never ending induction recipes)(Never ending induction recipes)http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.com/forums/atkins-diet-14-day-induction/58513-never-ending-induction-recipes.html (Induction recipes) (Induction Recipe Basics--More recipes added)(Induction Recipe Basics--More recipes added)(Induction Recipe Basics--More recipes added)(Induction Recipe Basics--More recipes added)(Induction Recipe Basics--More recipes added)http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.com/forums/atkins-diet-14-day-induction/6807-induction-recipe-basics-more-recipes-added.html (Induction Recipe Basics) If you need anything we’re here to help you!!
