Introducting myself

Hello everyone!!!
So into my 4th week of induction!!!! Im feeling great and planning on next weeking moving into the OWL. Have lost 8 pounds and so far and my body is thanking me. My goal is to lose 35 lbs.

Hi and welcome -- glad you introduced yourself. Congratulations on your loss this far -- keep up the great work. I'm glad to hear you are moving on to OWL, so many people wait too long or never move past induction.

Don't allow yourself to get bored eating the same things over and over...check the recipe sites for great menu ideas.
