| Welcome! I have only been doing Atkins for a couple of days but I promise you, you will not be hungry if you stick to the plan! If you've done other diets, it is a bit mind bending to understand that if you're hungry, you should get up and make eggs instead of having a celery stick on induction but honestly, you'll never be sitting there starving waiting for your next 200 calorie "meal" or whatever

| Welcome to the Atkins Board. Make sure you drink a minimum of 64 ounces of pure water (nothing added), exercise starting today and taking a multi-vitamin. If you haven't already, read the 2002 Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution (DANDR). You'll have the best success if you follow the plan the way it's written - and reading the book will give you the information you need to do your best.
