| Welcome. Glad you found your motivations. Sometimes we just have to hit that bottomless pit. Dieting with your husband is great. Remember to motivate each other and not enable each other. Do you do the cooking or do you share?

| Hi and welcome back to Atkins Lubies -- Regardless of what you did before, or what people are doing now, your body is different than anyone so it’s best not to. Look around and find what interests you and join in. Check the STAC Second Time Around Club - Atkins Diet for additional support. Congrats on getting your husband on board - that will make the plan so much easier for you - and it's great he helps with the cooking!! The plan works when you follow it the way it was written -- hopefully you already have the 2002 DANDR book and have read it. Drink pure water daily (64oz is recommended), exercise and take a non-iron multivitamin. The recipe sites will help keep you from eating the same thing over and over -- check them out! Don't forget to eat enough vegetables (check the acceptable food list (What foods can be eaten on Induction?)(What foods can be eaten on Induction?)http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.com/forums/atkins-low-carb-dieting-faqs/6781-what-foods-can-eaten-induction.html) - 2 cups from the first list and 1 cup from the 2nd list daily.
