| I think this board is an invaluable tool for inspiration and most of all help. I know one of the things that helped me decide to start on this way of eating was browsing through all the photos in the before and after forum. You look and the pictures and read the stories, and it's like, wow. Why can't I be one of these wonderful people that are changing their lives. Then it hit me...I CAN be one of those people!!!! I know it's hard starting out, and maybe a bit scary, but you'll find nothing but support on these boards. So if there is something specific you need, don't be afraid to ask. There is always someone here to give advice, offer help, or just to listen. Good Luck! And congrats on the little one!!!! |

| I get my ticker from tickerfactory.com. Once I have all my information in tickerfactory, I copy the bbcode. Then Go to your profile and edit the info. Paste the ticker information in the signature portion, and your ticker should show up. I hope this helps! I look forward to seeing your progress!!! |

| Ticker factory gives you an address, just copy and paste this into your signature in your profile section. I love my ticker! I'm updating mine NOW! And about falling off the wagon, as long as you don't fall often or far, you'll still get where you are going. It was hard for me at first too, but it keeps getting easier.
