| I've lost 27lbs 12 weeks! I dropped 4 lbs right before I started, so I've lost 31lbs in about 3 months! WOOHOO! |

| We would love to give you that magic number...but honestly it all depends on you and your body. If you start Atkins now and stick to it as faithfully as possible you will feel so much better within just a few days or weeks...and the weight loss is a bonus! Good LUCK!

| Like Carrie said, there is no way we can predict your weight loss....it depends on your body, if you follow the plan strictly or the way you would rather follow it (your way not the Atkins way), how much you exercise, medication you take, etc. Within 3 months you should be considerably less weight than you are now - that's about as precise as I would try to tell you. Also, Atkins isn't a quick weight loss "diet" -- it is a lifestyle so please take that into consideration also when you make up your mind if you want to follow Atkins or diet. Good luck to you in whatever you decide.

| Welcome. Did you start yet? I hope so. Low carbing is a great way to lose weight and Atkins is the perfect system imho. I lost most of what I had to lose the first three months. The last part has been slower. But slow is working for me right now.

| I have lost over 40 lbs since April 26th, 09...I started at 192. I guess the more you have to lose the quicker the weight goes down. Good luck!!!
