Well, here I am...I have 57lbs to lose, but if I can get under 200 it will be amazing! 222/218/165

Make sure you drink a minimum of 64 ounces of pure water (nothing added), exercise starting today and taking a multi-vitamin. If you haven't already, read the 2002 Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution (DANDR).

Eat the foods on the acceptable food list

Vary your meals so you don't get tired of eating the same thing over and over -- we have too many choices for that to happen.

Wow, Thanks everyone for your encouragement! I just don't know how I let myself get this far...I was very skinny as a child and teenager. I am swimming everynight for excercise and it's going good so far, day 4.
