Well im here i am back on my wonderful journey of weight loss. Hopefully i can continue my journey instead of giving up or gettin discouraged like my last Time. I did a great job my last round even including the bootcamp but my insecurities drug me back into my old ways. Now here i sam 25 yrs old 5'4 and 325 punds < ugh!!!.. I did all of my shopping and yes i do have the book so Wish me Luck everyone and i do the same for u Besos..

Hi and welcome back to Atkins --

It's great to hear you are back and are ready with the proper foods!! Regardless of what you did before, or what people are doing now, your body is different than anyone so it’s best not to compare what happened before or what's happening with others. Look around and find what interests you and join in. Check the STAC Second Time Around Club - Atkins Diet for additional support.

The plan works when you follow it the way it was written -- hopefully you already have the 2002 DANDR book and have read it. If not it's worth a few dollars to purchase one (with shipping mine was about $5.00 on www.amazon.com – or try www.half.com). Get enough pure water in daily (64oz is recommended), exercise and take a non-iron multivitamin.

The recipe sites will help keep you from eating the same thing over and over -- check them out! Don't forget to eat enough vegetables (check the acceptable food list (What foods can be eaten on Induction?)(What foods can be eaten on Induction?)http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.com/forums/atkins-low-carb-dieting-faqs/6781-what-foods-can-eaten-induction.html) - 2 cups from the first list and 1 cup from the 2nd list daily.
