| Welcome to the Atkins Board Elisa. Your goal sounds completely doable! Good luck to you. As you begin, make sure you read the 2002 Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution (DANDR). Also, drink a minimum of 64 ounces of pure water (nothing added), exercise starting today and take a multi-vitamin. Eat the foods on the acceptable food list (What foods can be eaten on Induction?)http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.com/forums/atkins-low-carb-dieting-faqs/6781-what-foods-can-eaten-induction.html and find wonderful recipes here: just make sure you use Induction Recipes to begin with. | Thanks for the support and resources. I was already wondering how I could survive this, since I don't eat pork products, I hate steak and can only eat so many eggs. The recipes are a great addition to help me stay on track. |
