| Hi momma, just take it one meal at a time and pledge to do a little more activity each day--no major shake ups, no need to add the pressure. Just take a walk or park the car further from the grocery store- any little thing to get you started. You will do fine. |

| Hi and welcome back to Atkins -- Regardless of what you did before, or what people are doing now, your body is different than anyone so it’s best not to compare things - less pressure for you also! Look around and find what interests you and join in. Check the STAC Second Time Around Club - Atkins Diet for additional support. Get enough pure water in daily (64oz is recommended), exercise and take a non-iron multivitamin. The recipe sites will help keep you from eating the same thing over and over -- check them out! Don't forget to eat enough vegetables (check the acceptable food list (What foods can be eaten on Induction?)(What foods can be eaten on Induction?)http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.com/forums/atkins-low-carb-dieting-faqs/6781-what-foods-can-eaten-induction.html) - 2 cups from the first list and 1 cup from the 2nd list daily.
