| Good to hear that you have found a WOE that will work for you. I love this one too because I also find that I am eating so much 'cleaner' than I did before. And that cannot be bad. And that fact that it is helping me maintain weight is a bonus. Congratulations on your losses and welcome back to Atkins.

| Welcome to the Atkins Board Nan. Make sure you drink a minimum of 64 ounces of pure water (nothing added), exercise starting today and taking a multi-vitamin. If you haven't already, read the 2002 Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution (DANDR). Vary your meals so you don't get tired of eating the same thing over and over -- we have too many choices for that to happen. Check the recipe sites for great meal ideas. http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/menus.html (Linda’s) (Never ending induction recipes)(Never ending induction recipes)(Never ending induction recipes)(Never ending induction recipes)(Never ending induction recipes)http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.com/forums/atkins-diet-14-day-induction/58513-never-ending-induction-recipes.html (Induction recipes) (Induction Recipe Basics--More recipes added)(Induction Recipe Basics--More recipes added)(Induction Recipe Basics--More recipes added)(Induction Recipe Basics--More recipes added)(Induction Recipe Basics--More recipes added)http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.com/forums/atkins-diet-14-day-induction/6807-induction-recipe-basics-more-recipes-added.html (Induction Recipe Basics) If you need anything we’re here to help you!! ![]() It really IS a shame that most prepared foods from the grocery contain sugars and soy. It seems to be in everything! I started trying to eat mostly whole foods last year and even if you just have the basics (meats, veg, eggs, etc.) eating clean is not as wholesome as it used to be. Fortunately, more and more people are gardening or using farmer's markets or CSAs for their produce and getting dairy and eggs from local farms. Whenever possible, I even get my meats/poultry from small farms. The local grocery stores seem to be getting a clue by offering some of these local and/or natural products but then they go and ruin it by using sugars in their rotisserie poultry and soy/sugars in their prepared veggies.
