hi all im maggie im 46 i live in england uk. im now 197 pounds.i would like to br 147, wish me luck, this is my first atkins diet, (iv tried many others)

you can go to www.tickerfactory.com and enter your data, then copy the code to your signature. Also, you can search this forum for 'ticker' for other helpful hints.

For your ticker:

Click on User CP up above in the blue bar on the left
Click on Edit Signature over on the left side
Paste the BB Code from tickerfactory in the space and click Submit (or Save...I forget).

It should then look like this:



You can then click on your ticker each time you need to update it. HTH

Make sure you drink a minimum of 64 ounces of pure water (nothing added), exercise starting today and take a multi-vitamin. If you haven't already, read the 2002 Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution (DANDR).

Eat the foods on the acceptable food list
