| How much plain water are you drinking daily? You should be drinking a minimum of 64 ounces (2 litres) a day...nothing added to the water except ice. You say you aren't exercising but Atkins isn't just about the food -- you need to eat according to plan, exercise and take supplements (vitamins) -- it's a 3 step aproach. Post a couple days worth of what you eat (amounts of each thing) and let some of the good people here help find what you may be missing. You may be eating things that aren't allowed or eating too much or too little. There is a thread called Review My Menu where you can go post your food: Review My Menu - Atkins Diet. | Share the menu with us and maybe we can help. Often childbirth will change our bodies and metabolism so it is good to expect different things to happen. Things you may have gotten away with before may not work any more. Good luck.

| Also how long have you been stuck? Lots of folks have a stall of a couple of weeks right after Induction so if you wait it out and stay true, you should get a drop soon. |
