| Here is a page of nothing but vegetable recipes -- check the cauliflower recipes -- I would have left long before if not for this page!!! It's a lifesaver. Make sure you drink a minimum of 64 ounces of pure water (nothing added), exercise starting today and take a multi-vitamin. If you haven't already, read the 2002 Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution (DANDR). The recipe sites will help keep you from eating the same thing over and over -- check them out! Don't forget to eat enough vegetables (check the acceptable food list (What foods can be eaten on Induction?)http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.com/forums/atkins-low-carb-dieting-faqs/6781-what-foods-can-eaten-induction.html) - eat enough vegetables - 2 cups from the first list and 1 cup from the 2nd list daily. Many of us use www.Fitday.com to track our food so we know what our carb totals are for the day. It's important you know what you are eating and how many carbs you are taking in each day. | Thank you so much Carole. To be honest I was getting vegetable cravings too so this is just the resource I need to turn out some dishes to balance the protein. Your're right the whole water and green veg thing is vital to success with this. I think you would be pushed to keep going without really getting to grips with that.
