| Thanks Skinny- it CAN be done, I could have done it in less time, but I really want it to be a new way of life for me, its not just about losing the weight- its about being healthy and happy, I moved up the rungs quickly to get my mind adjusted to having new foods and not giving in to old habits of overeating them...... YOU CAN DO IT TOO!!!
