| Well thank God I got to the end of the initial 2 wk induction yesterday and lost 14 lbs total. I have to admit that last night I almost gave in to some Reese buttercups. My daughter has a big bag full of Halloween candy that I have to look at for several months. My goal for now is to stay on induction for as long as possible and keep doing Taebo 3 days a week to keep the weight coming off. |

| Atkins is about more than induction -- OWL will help you learn to add foods back into your daily meals and should be done slowly so you find the foods you have problems with and those you can eat without incident. Have you started a journal? It's a great place to get your thoughts and feelings out and a great place for others to help you.

| I've figured that out. You obviously have a chocolate addiction. Induction is meant to break such addictions. Yet, it's not magic. Unless you choose to change your eating habits, it's not going to happen. Good luck!
