| The first 3 or 4 days you may see those headaches again as your body undergoes the Induction Flu. Be prepared and stay hydrated. Then it should pass. Most of my headaches are hydration related so you have a valid point there with the water and vitamins. Sounds like you are better prepared this time. Wishing you Induction success! |

| Welcome to the Atkins Board. I hope you already have the 2002 DANDR book and have read it, it is the edition we follow on this site. If not it's worth a few dollars to purchase. Get enough pure water in daily (64oz is recommended), exercise and take a non-iron multivitamin. It's vital you get enough vegetables in while following Atkins -- it's not a protein only way of eating 2 cups from the first list and 1 cup from the 2nd list daily.
