| I will post some pics. It does help to have his support, he is even going to let me join a gym, I would love to buy and eliptical but we don't have the $$ for that this close to christmas. I am excited to be back!! |

| Good! Don't be shy about going to the gym. The more you go the more comfortable it will feel. Just don't over do it at the beginning--build up slowly. |
