| Hi Shannon Glad you decided to come out of lurkdom. We need to be here and support each other. Makes us all stronger. Revolution roll - is a secret to a good low carb life I think. The thing I love about Atkins too is that if I want to eat I can. I need to know that to keep sane (That knowledge actually very often prevents me from eating - because if I feel I cannot eat I get food obsessed - that is how I am wired I am afraid) Hope to see around more.
