| Welcome !!! Great job on doing your homework before starting. Don't forget to do this for YOU (in addition to your daughter and IVF), and the rest should follow. Now your next homework is to dig into the forums on this board. There is a ton of info, and yes, the challenges are invaluable (for me at least). FYI - the challenges I have found are in two places (I almost missed the second). In the Atkins for Health, and in Miscellaneous Forums. Best wishes....
