| If it is less than .49 gr they can say 0 on the box (I think, I am sure if I am wrong someone can correct me) so those fractions add up. Sweetmeats, your progress will not be good if you cannot make time to eat regular meals. Your metabolism will tank and the fatburning machine will grind to a halt if you are not getting enough calories. It thinks there is a famine and holds onto every pound. You need Fat 65%, Protein 30% and carbs 5% (roughly) of your calories on Induction. That means you need a variety of veggies to make up most of your daily carbs to get your nutrition. You should not go more than 5-6 hours ever without a meal or large snack during your waking hours. If you have not yet read the book, you should. Not going by the book in Induction can lead to a lot of frustration when the scale stops moving. |

Bottom line ... you're going to have to take on the responsibility of eating as you should. You're a grown up, after all. When you get up ... have breakfast. That's the first meal done.
