| Welcome! How much time do you have for breakfast? Can you make scrambled eggs? You can always make a crustless quiche or a frittata (or an "egg casserole" as I call them). Check out this forum's recipe section for ideas, and this website is most helpful: Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes - Home Also ... you don't have to have eggs for breakfast. You can have leftover dinner!

| Hi, It depends, I'm really not good at getting up when the alarm goes off! I usually have about 20mins, but I like to take my time eating! I've been eating boiled eggs the last 2 days but its pretty boring! I think I'll try scrambled eggs tomorrow Thanks for the reply |

| I make muffins out of eggs, sausage, vegetables, etc. then take 1 or 2 out in the morning and warming them in the microwave -- I make a dozen of them at a time so I don't run out.
