Re: Third Time Is A Charm | | | Yes, peanuts are allowed on OWL but because of OWL I have figured out that they are a bad trigger food for me. And you are right--portion control is an issue for me with all nuts. Just because OWL says a food is OKAY doesn't mean it will be OK for you. There are any number of foods that cause you to lose all inhibitions with eating and start a binge rolling. For me, it is peanuts and rice--for you it may be the donuts and fries. | |
