| Welcome to the Atkins Board. I hope you already have the 2002 DANDR book and have read it, it is the edition we follow on this site. If not it's worth a few dollars to purchase. Drink a minimum 64 ounces of pure water daily, exercise and take a non-iron multivitamin. The new challenges are starting for the month -- check them out and join a couple that interest you.
