| You don't have much weight to loose to you won't loose it all in a few weeks....like Georgiana said, time to move to OWL, start adding foods back so you'll be able to keep the weight off this time. Atkins isn't a quick fix "diet" -- it's an eating plan for a lifetime. Make sure you are drinking a minimum of 64 ounces of pure water (nothing added) everyday. Are you eating enough? Getting all your vegetables in daily? What form of exercise are you doing? Don't forget to take a non-iron multivitamin. The new challenges are starting for the month -- check them out and join a couple that interest you. Have you checked your measurements from beginning to now? Your body may be changing instead of the scale.
