| Welcome back to Atkins, Shooter! Your weight loss might not be as fast as it was 12 years ago because your body has changed but it will feel just as good as it did then! Just stick to the plan, drink lots of water and after 2 or 3 days, the cravings will be gone. This is the best way of life there is, so just hang in there! |

| Hi and welcome back to Atkins -- Regardless of what you did before, or what people are doing now, your body is different than anyone so it’s best not to compare - just follow the plan the way it's written. Look around and find what interests you and join in. Check the STAC Second Time Around Club - Atkins Diet for additional support. I hope you already have the 2002 DANDR book and have read it, it is the edition we follow on this site. If not it's worth a few dollars to purchase. Get enough pure water in daily (64oz is recommended), exercise and take a non-iron multivitamin. Don't forget to eat enough vegetables (check the acceptable food list (What foods can be eaten on Induction?)(What foods can be eaten on Induction?)http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.com/forums/atkins-low-carb-dieting-faqs/6781-what-foods-can-eaten-induction.html) - 2 cups from the first list and 1 cup from the 2nd list daily.
