| Strips. I am not losing weight on the normal under 20 net carbs per day. I am trying to go under 10 net carbs and increasing fat intake.

| Congratulations for the 125 lbs lost! The strips are not reliable. You can be in ketosis without ever changing their color. Also, changing the color does not guarantee weight loss. Quote:

| I have never shown any color on the strips -- they are, as Georgiana said above, unreliable. Go back to a strict induction and because you don't have much to loose don't get upset when you don't loose 10 or more pounds in the first couple weeks. The closer I stay to 20 carbs per day the better I loose, I wouldn't recommend going down to 10 .... post your menu for a couple days (include exact amounts and every morsel you eat). Good luck.
