| Hi & welcome! Wow, that is a big change in scenery! I hope you are enjoying your new home. On this board, we follow the 2002ed of Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution (DANDR). It is really worth reading. It might be available in your local library, or can be bought farily inexpensively online or at thrift/used book stores. | Welcome to the Atkins Board. Many of us take medications that slow our weight loss but as long as you know up front what you are battling t's easier when the pounds don't fall off like they do for others. A few tips to help you get started: Drink a minimum 64 ounces of pure water daily, exercise and take a non-iron multivitamin. These 3 things are mandatory with Atkins so the sooner you start the better you'll be.
