Nixed the dessert. Decided to drink some water instead. LOL
So breakfast was scrambled eggs, 2 slices of bacon and some salsa on the eggs.
Had a small but decent tuna salad with tomato, onion and lettuce for lunch and that great burger plain for dinner.
Im down to 238 and it may have been closer to 237 but I didn't want to get my hopes up.

No pork rinds today

Your "Tomorrow I will drink my water post" tickled me. I only had to do the "write 100 times" punishment in school one time. Forget what it was for. Probably talking.

Sounds like you are beautifully on track again.

Goodmorning all,
Whoosh stuck....I think it was Mom2boxers whoosh fairy she sent me cause nothing else seemed to work....
I don't have anything but cheap scales, but when I hopped on, it was really close to 235 so I'm calling it 236, 6 pounds since we started Stallbusters
It works ladies and gents.... it really works

I don't like water, but i am getting much better about it. I try to drink about three 32 oz bottles in 24 hrs. I use sugar free flavor packets.. that is about the only way i can get the water down. Plain, is just not my fav. but i will try to do more plain water..

Hi, Lacy, I did the same thing but in my heart I know that much sugar substitute isn't good for us, so I am trying to do it plain. It helps to get a little glass I think

I have a big jug with a lid and straw that I suck on all day -- I drink more water than most people but it helps! I don't even think about it when I'm drinking...and I was one that wouldn't drink any water before Jan. 5 when I started this WOE....now it's my mantra (as everyone knows)
