| I'm so impressed with your planning! Wow!!! You are truly inspirational. This WOE only works for me if I plan ahead. Radishes have not been on my radar screen. Hmm, I'll have to go get some! good luck to you!!!!!!!!!!! |

I normally don't cook zucchini -- it has a crunch if you eat it raw. I occassionally cut it in thin slices and put it in the microwave for 20-30 seconds with butter. Thank you Sherri -- I am committed to another induction I said I would so I will.

| Carole, I can't tell you how much I admire your commitment and patience. The more I have read your posts, day after day, the more an inspiration you are to me. I am not so disciplined. In fact, several days I have eaten more than I wanted to just because I didn't plan well. So I am also going to start planning a day in advance. I doubt I'll ever catch up with you in cooking ahead like you do, but I am going to try to do more in that direction. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for joining Stallbusters and helping us get this forum started. |

| Yes, Carole, you really have it all together with your planning and preparing food ahead so I'm sure you will have great results on induction this time! Now if some of that would just rub off on me...... |
