| if you get hungry Sunny - try eating an ounce of meat (turkey, ham, roast beef) dunked in mayo or an ounce of raw zucchini or up to 7 radishes -- I know I harp about this, but when my blood sugar gets low and there is an hour or more until dinner I have to do something. This afternoon around 5:00 I had been out working in the yard for 2 hours and when I came in I got the shakes ... my blood sugar was 63. I ate 1 ounce of turkey just drenched in a teaspoon of mayo and within 10 minutes I wasn't hungry and my blood sugar came up enough that the shakes went away. It only lasted 1 hour though -- and when we started putting everything on the table the shakes came back...but I was able to stave off eating more than that ounce of turkey for an hour and in that time I was able to get dinner on the table. Last night after dinner I just HAD to have my flax cookie -- I made a half recipe (1 Tbps flax instead of 2)...I could have made 2 little cookies but I made 1 .... I should have only nuked it 1-1/2 minute unstead of the 3 minutes I normally nuke it at, so it was a little "done" but that was ok. Keep your head up - I've been reading your posts and you've been doing pretty well since you re-started...don't give up!

Thanks, Carole. No way will I give up!!! The one ounce of meat drenched in mayonnaise is going to be my emergency rescue from now on. I do get those low blood sugar shakes, but usually eat before they get too badly. Today just caught me off guard.

I'm never hungry, maybe because I am eating all the time. LOL And which may be the reason I'm also not losing

Hang in Sunny. So you have to take a nap. Your body's telling you to rest, so rest. Your body's trying to adjust, give it time, don't rush it. Switching to walking every other day is a good idea, you're still moving, and getting the benefits of exercise. Do you like string cheese? I keep those handy as they're wrapped into 1 ozs each. I like Frigo best, 50 calories and 1 carb each. You're trying so hard Sunny, it has to pay off.

Mickey, thanks for the confirmation of what I think is the best approach to exercise for me. Yes, I love string cheese! I think I have turned a corner with the stall. Not only did the scale come down 2.8 pounds the other day, but it showed another loss today. I'm going to wait a few days to officially weigh, but I think the reinduction was exactly what I needed. I REALLY feel great today. Maybe the extreme hunger yesterday was just my body's final rebellion against letting go of the weight! HeeHee. I think it lost!
