DB, what are you eating, my nemesis was those delicious pork rinds I'm sure. What did you eat yesterday, it has to be something that your not seeing. I have also started to use fitday to check out my menu selections. It is a pain, BUT when we don't lose, its good to see why and fitday helps.
Post your menu

Not really, maybe a few to many veggies but I really can't believe that as peppers are low carb and mushrooms are fine. Hummm,
salt, do you salt everything like I do

I was going to get liposuction today ..... but the vaccuum is broken....ROFL!!!! .

Have you tried sea salt? That's what we changed to after DH had his triple bypass. He put salt on everything before but he goes much easier when he has to grind the salt each time he wants some. It's worth a try!

By the way -- bourbon street chicken does have sugar in the coating...I'd stay away from that also...it's along the lines of teriyaki sauce.

We didn't make it to Red Lobster this weekend.....maybe next weekend.

Keep up the great work - you're going to get to your goal...it's just going to be on the scenic tour - that way you can really appreciate getting there!!

Glad to see your commitment to stay, even when things don't go as quickly as we'd like!

Wishing you a good week and good results!

great news! It's great when the scale moves in a positive way. I like what you said about making a commitment -- that's the best incentive for you.

Taking care of my mother over the last year has really changed my perspective of life. I don't want to let my health go until it's too late and I have regrets about what I could or should have done earlier in my life. Your children deserve to have a healthy dad to grow up with. My father left too early in my life -- so I do everything I can to keep my mother as healthy as possible. When you see your children every morning remember you are living the Atkins life because of them!
