| You know, for some of us, the last few pounds is the hardest to lose, and if it were me, I would call it goal. Have you added anything recently? Dr A's plan was for us to add food groups to figure out which may cause us problems, and then if something does, we skip it... |

| yea but i still have 49lbs to go that's a lot i mainly eat eggs meat salad i did cut out the mushrooms see if that helps this cant be my goal 239 lbs is still unhealthy for me i think on the bmi chart i need to be at least 212 to be at 29 bmi im now at 35 im going to hand in and im glad to see you back deserthorn how are you doing we had the same stats when we started reinduction hope you are doing better than me (LOL) |

| hello imagood1 im at 240 thats where i decided to be happy with for now im still wanting to get down to 190 but just not moving for that long was so frustrating knowing i was doing everything right with all of the help i got from here i am not gone just taking it slow im thinking of doping to 20 carbs again at the begening of next week thanks |
