Default Lost 5 lbs. 1st week back on induction

Last Thrusday, I weighed 166 and today I'm down to 161 which is the lowest I've been since I restarted Atkins 300 days ago. ( I started back on Atkins on a Thrusday so that's my official weigh day). So I think I have finally pushed my way through the block I've had for 3 months!

I didn't consider it a real stall because I was just eating too much, but I've reminded myself of how I used to eat years ago and have stopped munching so much.

(I keep a food diary and learned from the official Atkins diary I had before to write the number of the day at the top of the page, so this is day 300 for me).

I really liked that diary because at the end of every week, it asked a bunch of questions like, did you exercise? how did you feel? did you cheat?, what challenges did you face?, what do you need to change? And there was a space to write in your answers, so I occasionally look at it and find some inspiration from it.

Hi Carole! Thanks for asking how I'm doing.

Yesterday was a good one and I even got to work outside and get some exercise working on our irrigation system.

This morning I made myself a scrambled egg and a sausage patty for breakfast but couldn't eat it all because I was full after just a few bites. So I put it in the fridge and finished it for lunch! I think my stomach has shrunk!

And I'm definitely seeing a difference in my abs! How about you?

good for you Nyna!!! It sounds like a lot of us are getting out in our yards and working....it's so nice to get all that fresh air!!

I'm still plugging along day by day == I'll weigh Monday morning to see how I've done on my re-induction. Have fun today
