| I didn't realize that some companies add carby additives to cream cheese. I thought cream cheese was cream cheese... period. I found out that is not the case. Now I check EVERYTHING. I was pleasantly surprised NOT to find sugar in any form in my salsa. |

| you found corn starch in your shredded cheese -- mine said potato starch...ridiculous. Right now I can't think of anything else - but I'll keep thinking

| When I eat eggs in restaurants, I always ask for real eggs. It's surprising to me how many restaurants serve something else if you don't ask for real.

| Yea, I just noticed my shredded cheese has potato starch in it as well. Totally bummed me out!

| I buy cheddar now and shred my own....I lovved the convenience of sticking my hand in and grabbing a bunch of cheese, but when I found out about the potato starch I was really upset. That's ok -- I'm not keeping that part of KraftFoods in business anymore....

| Cornstarch, brown rice powder and sugars of various kinds in supplements. I've finally managed to find versions of most of them without the carby additives. |

| Watch for MSG and HFCS, Manufacturers like to sneak those in alot of items you wouldn't suspect had them in it. Like horseradish (HFCS) and you'll find MSG used as a food preservitive.
