| I'm still around Carole! I'm back on induction, this is day 3 and I've lost 3 1/2 lbs so far. I'm still not down to my low weight of 161 because I allowed myself to drift and gain 7 lbs but I'm back on track now. I wasn't posting here because it wasn't really a stall, I was just eating too many nuts and peanut butter! I've cut both of them out completely now and I'm getting out of the house more in the evenings too. It's a good time to weed the garden so I try to do it instead of staying close to the kitchen and it's working. I've also started using the elliptical machine again and it feels so good to work up a sweat. I will use it again today because it's raining and I won't get a chance to do much outside. |

| I'm not stalled either but I was wondering if anyone new had come in and needed help....that's ok we still check occasionally to see if anyone needs help. Good luck with induction Nyna!!
