Need help on posting/viewing messages

Hi,

I am pretty computer savvy but this site has me miffed! Is there a tech. page that explains all about posting messages and viewing what you post?

I posted a message today asking about flaxseed carb content and I don't see it anywhere except in my inbox in a private message???

Also, if I post "from" 14-day induction, does my message also show up in the Main forum.

It would be great if there was a "how to" help site about this whole bulletin board for me to read.

posts only show up where you post them if it is in your PMbox then you Pmed yourself instead of posting.

At the bottome of every topic is an empty box you can type your message in. then hit post quick reply andit will be added to the topic just as you wrote it.
If you want to color itor decorate it andchange the size add a pick you can hit the go advanced and all the type will still be there but in the preview box and you will need to scroll down to edit it and make changes using those fance stuff in the post toolbar.

Since baords are vunerable to spammers you only get one post per click and you gotto wait 20 sec before you can post another one. be careful cause if you post to many exactly the same posts the baord may think you are a spammer.

Pick the forum that will get you the answer you need foryour question. 14 day induction forum is strickly answered based on 14 day induction rules. main is any thing Atkins OWL forum is strickly OWL replies.
