| So it's something I have to select EVERY SINGLE TIME I make a post? Are you serious? I'm a member of many different message boards, I have never had to do this every single time I posted. If I received multiple reply emails for every single post I made on every single messageboard I actively post in, I would surely fill up the 2gb mailbox size limitation that Hotmail has in place. haha There must be some other way to just turn this OFF so it doesn't automatically subscribe to every thread I make a post in. |

| Ok I found the place where to turn this off globally, so I don't have to do it every single time I posted. Under UserCP go to EDIT OPTIONS, and the option is: "Default Thread Subscription Mode". I selected "do not subscribe". Thank goodness! If I had to select "do not subscribe" every single time I posted then I would surely go nuts... haha Thanks everyone! |

| Glad you found it! I had to do the same thing - just volumes of emails - and it always seemed like my boss or co-worker would be coming in my office just as one would pop up. The great thing about "no notification" over "unsubcribe" is that you can still get updates manually by going to User CP and viewing the subscribed threads - at your convenience!
