Visible Weight Loss Ticker...please help! HOW?

I keep trying and trying to get the visible ticker to display with my signature but just can't seem to get it right. Would anyone might sharing the step by step on how to do that. I have the actual url showing up with my signature, but not the picture.

hi you must copy the url and paste in the signature is the url who begins with [img]
