Help! How can I shrink my new pic?

I have tried everything I can think of...I posted it to photobucket, shrunk it to 100/160 which is what I used for the last picture I had up there...but this new one is showing up huge.

Can someone please help me...it looks rediculous that big.

"BTW--just refresh the screen after you resize in Photobucket and they won't look huge on your screen."
