How do I post all my awards?

I keep getting a messge that I can only have 750 characters. I would like to keep my challenges and name - but want to be able to post all my accomplishments for the future (thinking ahead here!). Trying to see how people like Jimmie do this.

mellany, we combine our graphics into one "picture".
i know emma has done it for some, i do it for some. i'd be happy to do it for you if you don't have the ability. you can use a printshop or photoshp program if you have one installed on your computer.

or you can just ask me and i'll do it for you

mellany, send me a pm, listing all your awards and how many times you've earned each one. i'll work on this for you in the morning. it usually doesn't take very long.

I see that a lot of profiles have awards. How do they get them? It would be fun if I can join a competition and have some awards myself.

you get them by joining the challenges and completely your commitment whatever that may be.
if you join the abs challenge and state that you will do 500 ab exercise during the month and then you meet or exceed your goal, you will earn the abs challenge award for that month. if you join the 6 week exercise challenge and you lose the most inches of any other challenger, you earn a ribbon. if you exercise all the days that you committed, you earn a slug free button.

almost all the challenges have an award to earn. to earn them, you have to join.
