animated signature

I am trying to add an animated signature icon but it's telling me that I cannot put any animated pictures. I see that other profiles have them in theirs? Can someone please help? Oh and I click the button where I can see who is on-line but says that I am not allowed to do that.

members do not have the same permissions as say the moderators and/or administrators.

supporting members are granted more signature space. it's one of the perks of being a supporting member. those may be the members that you are referring to as seeing animated graphics.
