How do I put a clickable journal in my profile?

There is an 'insert link' button when you are editing your signature. Highlight the word you want to have the link embedded in, then click on the little icon, it looks like a chain. You will need to have copied the link, then paste it in the dialog box that opens when you click the 'insert link' icon.

I can probably make it for you and you can just copy it.
